John	Jane	Suggestions on how to improve.
He was wearing uncomfortable cloths which represent him in unprofessional way.	It was good, but there is better than what she wear.	Wear fit cloths that make you feel comfortable, and in the same time represent your personality.
He was late because he doesn’t have the enough information about the company place.	I think she was on time.	The first thing he must have the enough information about the location to avoid being late “always research where you’re going “
-He have a deeply disrespectful attitude toward the interviewer -He use his phone during the interview.	From her behavior she showed that she’s not serious at all.	He should be patient and respect the interviewer and answer the questions in polite way.
From his sitting he showed many thing Example: careless, irresponsible and rude.	She was sitting beside the interviewer which is difficult to make eye contact with her.	You should sit in a good way to make a good first impression.
Poor information about everything, the job and the company.	-Lack information about the company -She was not confident about the information.	Have enough information that will help you to answer any questions.
He was not prepare to answer the questions, and he was not prepare for the interview in general.	-She doesn’t have feedback about the company. -No questions prepare.	Prepare questions that might help you in the future.
